Don't you think that body guards are really annoying when trying to do attacks?

But they're a part of the game and probably wont be taken out.

Actually I think it should be changed so after the 15 minutes and you go to being offline the bodyguard isn't active any more

very good idea, because the point of buying them is to protect yourself while your online, whats the point in having em working if your going offline?
