Friday The 13th

This movie is the worst piece of garbage the Cohen brothers have released, to date. On a basic level, the acting was **** and the lines were corny, even for a teen slasher flick.
There are too many deaths in not enough ways. It becomes repetitive.

And for the hardcore, avid Friday The 13th fan, the character of Jason Vorheese has been completely restructured. Not as a ghost from the past, but as a PERSON! A 40-something year old vengeance freak with a thing for his dead mother. Not only that, he RUNS! JASON DOES NOT RUN! PERIOD!

The whole experience made me feel dirty. Incomplete. Please, people, this movie comes out on DVD TODAY! DO NOT BUY IT! If you really want to put my word to the test, I'll give you a link to watch it for free, but do NOT endorse this trash!

Ok this movie pissed me off! I am a hardcore fan of horror films i have the full complete collectors edition of Friday the 13th including Jason Goes to Hell, Jason X and Jason vs. Freddy and when I saw this movie it pissed me off they should of kept their hands off it like the rest of the other horror movies that everyone is trying to redo!

I like the Friday the 13th movies for nostalgic purposes. I haven't,yet, seen the new one,though, don't plan to. Sequels always seem to disappoint me. I am,however, anxious to see the sequel to Halloween. Rob Zombie did a fantastic job with the first and, in my opinion, discredited the previous. I have high expectations for the latest Halloween film.

I cannot rightfully say he discredited anything. It was a great film, but it was also a completely different film. He rewrote the story and told it in a VERY different way.

I don't know how I feel about a sequal, considering he had his head blown off at the end of the first, and I've also heard the trailer is far from promising. But I will eventually see it. Because I have to.

I wish I would have seen ur post b4 I bought it on Pay-per-view last night. Yes, I totally agree! What the haides were they thinkin makin Jason RUN?! When did Jason become so advanced anyways? I know practice makes perfect, but this isn't the case at all. I was bored & very pissed off!
