why does it matter if a persons online or off the point of the game is to attack big deal if youre online or not

now mugging however is a different story mugging should only be done when youre offline if people have enough money to get mugged you re probably using that money to buy a house bailing people out or other things

if your a bailer and get mugged then normaly people wont attack you. if its for other reasons dont bring it out till no1 is on
